Refund policy

In case you want to return , kindly raise a request within the 2 days from date of delivery of your order.

Please rest assured, we shall process it subject to usual quality inspection. Kindly note that the tags should be intact and product(s) should be unused.

Reverse pickup will be done within 5 working days, once a customer raises a request for the same. And after upto 7 working days for the reverse picked product(s) to reach us.

In rare cases, if the reverse pickup is unsuccessful, the customer will be required to send the product via courier to our address.

Refund Credit Note will be processed within 8 working days and will be credited withing 10 working days

Refund Credit Note will be issued deducting the courier charges and reverse pickup charges incurred by Meemora once the returned goods reach us and have been checked and confirmed by Meemora quality team. In case the product is found used or damaged, Meemora holds the right to limit or refuse the refund.

Credit note will have no expiry.

In case of defective/damaged product received, for Return of product unboxing video will be required .

NO RETURN/REFUND ON COMBO ITEMS

Items on sale are non-returnable, but you can exchange the same style for a different size. Exchanges can only take place twice, we are entitled to refuse exchanges after that.

 

CANCELLATION-

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched. After dispatch, the courier company will attempt the delivery of the order thrice, post which the merchandise is sent back to our warehouse.

We can initiate a Refund Credit Note for Prepaid orders which may normally take up to 7 working days. However, the refund credit note will be paid after deducting the shipping charge  paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.

In case for a Cash on Delivery order, MEEMORA holds the right to bar the customer from placing another cash on delivery order if  the customer refuses to accept the order once.
